                    Stallion Real Estate advisory & consulting firm  is the fastest growing Real Estate Brokerage Company with offices in Mumbai.
                    We work in the new launches of top developers.
                    Stallion is looking for a real estate sales manager.

                    Follow Up, Attend to Clients and bring deals to closure.
                    Achieve Monthly sales targets as set by the management.
                    Generate leads through referrals.
                    Service leads generated through digital, referral, and relevant sources.
                    Maintain daily reports of all calls done, site visits, and follow-up calls on CRM.
                    Talk to the leads generated by the marketing team & explain the project details.
                    Convince them for the site visit.
                    Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.
                    Finally, do the booking.
                  

                  Build and maintain a network of potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
                  Showcase and sell real estate properties to prospective buyers through effective presentations and property walkthroughs.
                  Guide clients through the entire sales process, including negotiations, documentation, and closing deals. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
                  Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns. Designing monthly and quarterly Sales plan for the respective site on a regular basis. . Attending walk-ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups.
                

                Strong negotiation and communication skills.

                Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
              

                      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
                    

                      Joining Kit - Basic Stationery + Laptop.
                      Highly Qualified Leads - Google & other relevant sources.
                      Weekly Project Training.
                      On Site Support.
                    

                      Base salary Fixed 3 LPA.
                      Performance Bonus of Up to 1 Lac on achieving annual targets.
                      Incentive Payout on every deal.
                      Supplemental pay types: Joining bonus 10 % of CTC  (The Joining Bonus will be recoverable if you leave the company before 2 year)
                      Performance bonus.
                      Quarterly bonus.
